Production Assistant
We are in need of a production assistant in order to help the Queen Bee stay on target in her daily tasks. We are looking for a well organized person who avoids drama and understands the value of friendship. No real experience is necessary, all major tasks will be taught on-site. You just need the desire to learn and the will to be a valued member of the team. We value hard work and loyalty, as long as you prove yourself in your tasks, the beneficial rewards will be unlimited. In this job, you'll learn: The inner and outer workings of the business world. How a small fragrance company survives in a huge fragrance less world!

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
This position performs functions that fall into four main categories:
- Organization – Helping to organize tasks and the environment in order to increase productivity.
- Assisting in the production of products and the shipping of orders.
- Keeping our ever growing, advancing army of animals out of the production rooms.
- Sales and setup help during vending shows
Skills and Qualifications:
Desired skills for our perfect candidate, these are desired but not required.
- Strong organization and communication skills a huge plus!
- The ability to learn quickly and take directions.
- Customer service and sales skills – Understanding the customer, Selling the customer.
- Positive attitude and a love for animals (we have many!).
- Time management skills and the commitment to succeed.
- An understanding that drama sucks and the desire to not have it in your life!
- Honesty and Loyalty, should be two things you cannot live without.
Reports to: King Bee (Lex) and Queen Bee (Zoe)
Job Time: Part-Time Evenings – 8 to 12 hours a week to start.
Salary: Hourly
